What wood are your coffee tables made from?
All of our wooden coffee tables are handmade using reclaimed wood sourced in the UK. Each piece is full of character and history.
Are your wooden coffee tables customisable?
Yes! We offer bespoke sizes, finishes, and designs. Just get in touch and we’ll make it to your exact specifications.
Do the coffee tables come fully assembled?
Most of our coffee tables arrive partially assembled for safe delivery and easy handling. Assembly is simple and instructions are included.
What finishes are available?
Natural, Antique Pine, Limed Oak, Antique Oak, and Antique Elm. We can also colour-match to your furniture — just ask!
How long is delivery?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with your delivery slot.
Do you offer matching furniture?
Yes! We make matching benches, side tables, console tables and more — all handcrafted in our Devon workshop.

Love my new bookshelf!

I absolutely love my new bookshelf! I spent so long looking for what I wanted and regret initially hesitating because there was a wait - yet in the end it didn't matter as nothing else I found came close.
The process was straightforward and as promised there was an email 2 weeks prior to delivery and then updates on the order, right up to a call 20 minutes before the delivery with nice guys who were willing to wait until I got home from work.
The quality is excellent - I love the aesthetic as I wanted something simple, narrow and unobtrusive for my books. There are plenty of alternatives that are made of chipboard and veneer and will arrive super fast however if you want something that is stylish, very well made and reasonably priced, I would really recommend Shabby Bear Cottage!

Seamless process and love the product. Would definitely recommend.

My unit came fully assembled which was great. Shelves are nicely sanded and stained, also nicely finished at the edges too.

I had an issue with my delivery day and hadn't got an initial response from High Velocity the courier but when I called up it was sorted straight away.

Wow what amazing furniture, I am over the moon with my new table and bench set, it has been made so well and the wood is beautiful. I wanted a smaller table than the standard size so found this company that hand made the size I wanted. The price was brilliant and the communication and wait time was spot on.
