Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns up to 14 days after you have received your item. You will be required to pay for the return shipping of your item to us. Once your item is received, we will issue a refund within 7-10 days of the item arriving with us. Your item must be shipped back to us in the condition of which it was received. We cannot accept return items that have been tampered with, altered or misused. If you would like an exchange, simply post your item back to us and we will happily do this for you. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. The cost to ship our products vary between £8 - £80, depending on what carrier you choose and the size and weight of your item. Larger items will be more expensive to ship, due to their weight and size. Smaller items will be much cheaper. Please be aware of this when you purchase your item
