Refunds

All of our pieces are made to order, so we’re unable to offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. Each item is handcrafted to your chosen size and finish.

Cancellations

We understand plans can change.

• You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel at no cost.

• After 24 hours, bespoke orders can still be cancelled if we have not finished your item, however 25% of the order value will be retained to cover materials already purchased.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and let us know straight away if:

• the item is damaged,

• faulty,

• or incorrect.

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

Natural Timber Movement

Solid wood is a living material — it can naturally develop:

• small cracks,

• splits,

• or slight movement as it adjusts to your home.

This is normal and not considered a fault. Temperature and heating can speed up drying, so keeping your room at a stable humidity helps protect the timber.

These characteristics are part of the charm and authenticity of real wood furniture.
