To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by 11th November 2024 at Midnight. Orders placed after this deadline may still arrive before Christmas, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you require an item urgently, many of our customers arrange their own courier to collect directly from our workshop in Exeter, Devon. If this option would suit you, please reach out via our Live Chat, and we’d be happy to assist with further details.

Delivery Information
We offer delivery for both large and small items, tailored to suit the nature of each product.
Large Item Deliveries
For larger items, such as dining tables and most furniture, we partner with a specialized courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your item has been dispatched from our workshop, you’ll receive an email notification. From dispatch, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 working days.
The day before your delivery, the courier will provide a 3-hour time slot for arrival. On the delivery day, the team will also call you 30 to 60 minutes before they arrive. Please note that these arrangements may vary slightly depending on your location.
Important: We are unable to change delivery addresses within 24 hours of your confirmed delivery slot.
Upon delivery, the packaging will not be removed by the courier. We recommend inspecting your item while the delivery team is present. If there is any damage, please note it on the delivery form before they depart.
Please note: If a scheduled delivery slot is missed after it has been agreed upon, a redelivery fee of £50 will be required before we can arrange another delivery. A surcharge of £50 applies for deliveries to Scotland, which will be reflected at checkout.
Small Item Deliveries
For smaller items, such as bedside tables, side tables, and shelves, our small item courier service will handle the delivery. Once you receive your dispatch notification, please allow up to 5 working days for the delivery.
The courier will not call to arrange delivery in advance; however, if you’re not at home, they will leave a card with information on how to reschedule or arrange collection, and they may attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place if appropriate.
Bespoke Orders
For bespoke items, please allow up to an additional 14 working days, depending on the complexity of your order. We take great care to ensure every custom piece meets our high standards before dispatch.
Delivery to Remote Areas
For deliveries to remote areas, an extended delivery time of up to 7 additional working days may apply. We appreciate your understanding and patience for deliveries in these locations.
