Dispatch vs Delivery

Once your item has been made, it is packaged and prepared for shipping. At this point we book it with our courier and send a dispatch notification to you via email. This dispatch notification will contain your tracking number, and the courier service used to transport your goods. The courier will depend on the size of your item, and are broken down in to the two categories listed below. 

 

Large Item Delivery (Items over 30kg) - Delivered by 2 men to your room of choice*

Packages over 30kg

For all items over 30kilos, your item will be delivered by 2 men into your room of choice (*up to 2nd floor, 1 flight of stairs)
This service operates from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 9 pm, remote areas will be limited to specific days of the week.

With the room of choice service, delivery can be made up to the 2nd floor unless a lift is available. Please ensure you check the measurements of your home prior to purchase to ensure it will fit inside. 

You will receive a notification from the courier up to 48 hours after you receive your dispatch notification from us. They will contact you with a proposed date, and a tracking link which you can use to follow your order. They will propose a date for delivery, which you must confirm or change. If you confirm a time slot and are not available, additional charges will apply before we can deliver your item.

A 3 hour time-slot will be provided the day before delivery is due to take place. 

The delivery team will call you 30 - 60 minutes before their arrival on the day. 

These methods may differ slightly depending on your location. 

We cannot change delivery addresses within 24 hours of your confirmed delivery slot. 

Packaging is not removed by the courier. Please inspect the item whilst the carrier is present, if damaged, please state this on the delivery form. 

Large Item Delivery (Items under 30kg) - Delivered by 1 man to your hallway

For lighter large items, (smaller dining tables, and tables without benches) your parcel will be delivered by our large item courier to the hallway by 1 man. 

You will receive a notification from the courier up to 48 hours after you receive your dispatch notification from us. They will contact you with a proposed date, and a tracking link which you can use to follow your order. They will propose a date for delivery, which you must confirm or change. If you confirm a time slot and are not available, additional charges will apply before we can deliver your item.

Parcel Delivery via Interparcel (Evri, Tuffnells, Parcelforce)

Lightweight parcels under 30 kg

For small items such as Shelves, your parcel will be delivered by a small item courier such as Evri or Parcelforce. 

Once you receive your dispatch notification from us, your parcel should arrive within 8 days. 

Deliveries operate Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

 

Remote areas and custom items

Remote areas can add a delivery delay of up to 10 working days. Please contact us if you would like to know when your order will arrive in advance.

For bespoke pieces, they can take anywhere from an additional week, to 3 weeks depending on complexity and whether we need to outsource any of the manufacturing process. Please allow this additional time to be taken into consideration when planning your order.
