Brackets - Shelves that are over 100cm have 3 brackets, whilst 2 brackets are supplied for under 100cm.
Wall Plugs - Solid wall plugs
Allow up to 15kg per bracket.

Our brackets are suitable for solid and plasterboard walls, however we do not supply plasterboard wall plugs.
Description
Solid wood open shelves with industrial brackets are not only stylish, but also practical. Our solid wood reclaimed shelves and metal brackets really add a touch of industrial-luxe to any space. The brackets are handmade by ourselves, not imported or outsourced, and are made right here in our Devonshire workshop using British steel.
The chunky reclaimed wood has been sanded and finished, leaving it smooth to the touch, whilst keeping all of the character and charm. This is impossible to reproduce in cheaply made, mass produced shelves.
Expertly designed to flaunt all of its handmade goodness, this shelf will age with grace in any setting. Our smaller shelves are made from our left over reclaimed wood, making them both affordable and even more eco friendly!

Please note, all shelves below 100cm will receive 2 brackets. Up to 200cm will receive 3 brackets and 220cm will receive 4.
More brackets are available at an extra cost. Wall fixings and screws are not included. Please make sure to purchase these for your wall type.
As always, all of our pieces are of charm and patina, they are irreplaceable and timeless in style and all carry with them a story. As our wood is reclaimed, it is the green option. With each piece we make, we are saving one tree at a time, saving countless habitats and keeping animals in their homes where they belong.
Our wood is finished with an oil and wax, which is durable and easily fixed should it encounter a glass of red wine (spilled expertly ofcourse!). Our welds will stand proudly on show (not ground back and hidden) and the wood will have the most beautiful flaws, such as dents, holes, marks, stains, and scars. We don't sand the underside of our pieces, and leave the reclaimed rustic wood in its raw state, it will be rough to the touch and treated with a simple oil so that everyone can embrace its fantastic transformation!

What is the maximum weight limit on floating shelves?
As a general rule of thumb, the weight limit is 15kg per floating bracket.
How do you hang floating shelves?
To hang floating shelves, please follow our guide.
1. Choose the location on your wall that you would like your shelf to be, and mark the centre point with a pencil.
2. Measure the distance between the holes in the back of the shelf, divide this by 2, and then mark this measurement either side of your centre point mark on the wall.
3. Using a spirit level, join all 3 marks on the wall.
4. Check there is no wiring near to where you will be drilling.
5. Mark the spots for your drill holes.
6. Drill the holes into the wall with a masonry bit and install the wall plug.
7. Screw the floating rods into the wall, ensure they are tight and level.
8. Place the shelf holes onto the rods, and push the shelf against the wall.
